Latest developments

UPDATED December 4, 2015: Although the release date is still to be scheduled, the AMC network has just revealed that filming of Fear the Walking Dead season 2 has just begun. The production of new episodes is taking place in the Baja peninsula (or as it is also known, Baja California), in Mexico. Interestingly, this is the same studio where the blockbuster feature movie Titanic was shot, and many other large scale, epic films. The renewal of the action and horror series was more than expected, because in its debut season the TV show has become the highest-rated debut season of any series in TV cable history, having averaged almost 8 million viewers per episode. Stay tuned for the reveal of the premiere date.
